ABOUT THE ROLE 

Time & Space is looking for an Account Director to join our team of passionate marketers and to help drive a meaningful impact on behalf of our clients.  Within this role, you will champion strategically sound work, establish a partner relationship with our clients, and show passion for both their brand(s) and industry(ies). 

     

RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES 

 
  • Client Leadership
    • Partner with your clients, taking an active role in understanding their business and both the opportunities and challenges they are currently facing.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the industry(ies) in which your clients operate.
    • Actively engage with agency teams and partners.
    • Proactively identify client challenges, working collaboratively with internal teams and agency partners to creatively address them.
    • Provide valuable counsel to the agency, agency teams and agency partners.
      Team Leadership
    • Lead a diverse group of marketing professionals, coaching, mentoring, and ensuring their professional development.
    • Inspire the agency teams and clients, seeking opportunities to advance client relationships.
   

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

We’re looking for someone with over 5 years of experience in marketing, media planning, buying, and/or management with a track record of progressive levels of responsibility. This ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience analyzing complex data, market research, and formulating actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in media services.
  • Previous leadership and team management experience.
  • Experience in developing media strategy and managing campaign execution.
  • A strong communicator, excellent presenter, adept negotiator, capable collaborator, and able to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality.
