The Media Operations Associate (Social) is responsible for providing channel support, while working as a subject matter expert in Paid Social. They lead the reporting, optimization, budgeting, and setup of media campaigns and provide mentorship to the Media Operations Coordinators.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES
2+ years of experience in a media operations role, focused in Paid Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and/or Custom Content preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint & Teams).
Certifications specific to traditional and/or digital media (i.e., Meta Blueprint).
Experience with research and measurement tools (i.e., MTM, Arima, Vividata, ComScore, Google Analytics, etc.).
Knowledge of Media Ocean or similar product(s) considered an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and organization skills.
