As a Partnership and Growth Specialist at Time & Space, you will be charged with identifying, developing and managing our partnership and business development efforts, helping the organization reach our business development goals and market position. This role allows a dynamic individual to identify and create strategic alliances with partnering organizations that align with the organizations long-term growth objectives.



Strategic Partnership Development:
  • Identify potential partners across various industries aligning with the organizations strategic goals.
  • Evaluate and respond to business development opportunities for market expansion.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Take an active role in establishing commercial structure of partnerships, ensuring internal and external alignment.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Actively engage with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve targeted goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, strategy, and client service teams to align strategies with internal goals and ensure adherence to standards for client onboarding.
Proposal Writing and RFP Response Leadership:
  • Lead development of compelling proposals and responses to RFP’s, articulating the value and benefits of proposed partnerships.
  • Tailor proposals to meet specific client needs and organizational goals.
End-to-End RFP Process Management:
  • Oversee a dynamic pipeline of RFPs for new and existing clients.
  • Build and improve systems/processes for efficient RFP management.
Strategic Insights Presentation:
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations with strategic insights, innovative ideas, and actionable recommendations.
  • Enhance client success and foster long-term relationships.
Performance Analysis:
  • Offer strategic recommendations to optimize commercial performance.
  • Foster sustainable growth and improve competitive positioning for the organization.


We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in media, advertising, or a professional services industry.  This ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in contract negotiation, management, and evaluation.
  • Proven experience in business development, proposal writing, partnerships or a related field, with track record of managing successful partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the advertising technology and performance advertising landscape.
  • Ability to evaluate opportunities from both a strategic and financial perspective.
  • Project management skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Exceptional ability to craft and deliver engaging presentations, transforming data into captivating stories.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging and influencing at all levels.
  • Strong focus on quality, detail, and a winning mindset.
