ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are searching for a Media Operations Lead to join our team. The Lead will play a key role in leading effective campaign execution, strategic planning, and becoming an agency subject matter expert for Paid Social. They will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and identifying team training opportunities, while ensuring the development of our media processes and standards.  

     

RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES 

 
  • Identify key resources and provide the team with the direction required to meet defined client objectives.
  • Ensure appropriate management, customer, and supplier involvement on campaigns.
  • Create strategic plans to achieve defined objectives through research, tracking and managing of campaigns.
  • Lead vendor research and vendor updates for the agency.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with vendors and identify training opportunities for self and team.
  • Contribute to campaign/channel performance and process improvements.
  • Support Strategy and Client Service teams in planning and research, own tactical plans, and vendor discussions.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development within the agency.
  • Contribute to the partner and tool implementation process and effectiveness.
  • Participate in media buying and vendor negotiations.
  • Manage a team of media professionals and ensure continuous feedback on performance.
   

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

We’re looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in media planning and/or execution with a focus on digital media channels. This ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong media expertise in Paid Social.
  • Working knowledge of research tools and platforms (i.e., Arima, Numeris, nLogic, MTM, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Previous leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MediaOcean with the ability to train others.
