ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a Content Strategist to join our team! The Content Strategist is responsible for creating and managing custom content and social media strategies, communicating with both clients and internal stakeholders. The strategist will play a vital role in researching and writing thought leadership content meant to drive lead generation and position Time & Space as a thought leader in the media innovation and marketing space.                      

RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES

  • Develop and implement social media strategies internally and for clients to increase visibility, engagement, and conversations.
  • Generate and produce engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media posts, articles, blogs, infographics, whitepapers, and videos.
  • Conduct thorough research to produce both long-form and short-form content that educates and engages our audience across various digital platforms, including our social media channels and website.
  • Oversee and maintain social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring regular engagement and positive interaction with the online community.
  • Assist with CRM management, lead nurturing, journey mapping, and targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Track social media trends, KPIs, and performance metrics. Measure and report on marketing effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar to maximize the impact of stories, posts, captions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with marketing and strategy teams to align social media objectives with overall corporate strategy and support market research efforts.
         

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We’re looking for someone with 2-3 years of content/inbound/social media experience in a B2B marketing environment or digital/social media agency client-facing role, as well as completion of a post-secondary Degree and/or Diploma in Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field. This ideal candidate will have:
  • Proficiency in researching, writing and editing for a variety of mediums.
  • Expert at working with social media platforms.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of website platforms (i.e. WordPress).
  • Familiarity with Graphic Design, Social Marketing, SEO, UX and Email Marketing.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Airtable, Canva, or other marketing automation software considered an asset.
